Direc3D Creating Stars ??

I want to know how I can create a lot of stars in my Viewport.
The stars should move when I move the Camera Position too.
I'm Using DirectX Version 7.0
Please help me.

Im using DX8, but you could just texture a bunch of quads, and billboard them. Render them first. It should work well enough.
