Shopping Basket problem

I have a simple question... Or at least it seems simple.....

The following site has a shopping basket function and it doesnt let you go to the check out for some reason... Please look at the site and the code and see what you think.

Thanks for everyones help but I have worked out the problem... It was sending the results to itself.
