Cookies...

Somehow I've turned my Cookies off and whenever I want to post something on here, it keeps asking me for a user/pass and it's making me mad...

How can I turn them back on???

Tools -> Internet Options -> Security Tab

click Custom Level and scroll down the list until you find Cookies :)

For some unknown reason, when I click on the security tab, IE makes an illigal operation and it crashes...:confused:

nope, I've been having this bproblem for a while now so... it won't work...

try re-installing IE
if that dont work, try reinstalling windows
if that dont work, try reformatting
if that dont work, get linux :rolleyes:

Have you tried the Repair IE option? Go to uninstall it, then chose Repair rather than Uninstall

I think I'll just go as far as re-installing IE for now :D

Just tried the repair tool and it didn't work, so I'll try to re-install it... I'll even get IE6 :D

I usually find problems like thart can't be resolved by just re-installing it; it's usually a deep-rooted problem within Windows that causes it to screw up.

e.g. On one of machines, the Content Advisor went mad and wouldn't let you view any pages and re-installing didn't help at all. In the end I found out you had to delete a file and edit the registry.

I was about to say that my favourite cookie is White Chocolate Chip but hey!
