I think it checks byte size............ ;)
I think he must've slept with John, because I tried using his image as an Avatar but it doesn't work
I reckon he used his ability to control John's thoughts and made him think to allow his dodgy avatar that no-one else can use.
well are you going to tell us how you managed it as i can't do it either !! :)
Did you use some green paper?
Maybe it really is 64x64 and the blokey in the pic is making us thing hes bigger, well just like most males really :D
Come on then... tell us how t'was done.
It appears that when you try to add an avatar by uploading it, it checks the dimensions, but it you give it a url of an image to use as an avatar, it checks that it is not more than 20 000 bytes. This is just from error messages i get when trying to use that avatar.
However, its only 13,038 bytes so i dont know why it says

The file that you have tried to attach is too big. The maximum size is 20000 bytes.
??????
I really dont know why it let me use it either. I tried to load it in again and one was saved as a .bmp 13,543 bytes the other was
a .gif 4,000 bytes and im unable to use bolth. There bolth under 20,000 bytes so i should be able to use them but it wont work this time.
Which gives me some ideas ;)
