Enumeration through controls on form....Easy one!?

I want to enumerate through all of the controls on any given form and list their names in a listbox.

for example(obviously this doesn't work!)

For z = 0 to me.controls.count - 1
list1.additem me.controls(z).name
Next z

I am NOT talking about Control Arrays.

I actually want to list the controls from a form on a property page in activex control that is on the form.

Get that....?!
