Open Database using ADO???

How do i open a database called "db1.mdb" which can be found at www.geocities.com/jason/db1.mdb? There is a password.. say "hello" and doesnt require a username to access the database.. How can i open a connection to it as though i am opening it on my drive. I will be reading and writing information to and from the database. I do not want to download it and do whatever and send it back. I need to just open a connection and do any transactions.. Please help me!

You can't. Access is not a server application - by that I mean it cannot give you the information which is why it won't work over the net. You'll have to use something like mySQL to do that.
