does any body know how to hide your ip. i am trying to make a program that will hide it. and also if posible is there a way to change your ip i am also trying to get the program to do that if this is not possible tell me so that way i dont wast my time trying to make this program. thanks

PS - For the record... I can't hack. I can hardly program :D I just know of the site from surfing the web for cool stuff.
