Framework 3.5 SP1 Warning

I have a development machine and a deployment machine.

development machine shows no warning

deployment machine has a warning in the Publish/Prerequisites list for 3.5 SP1

Also have Windows Installer 3.1 & .NET Framework 3.5 selected on both machines.

I have selected the SP in Windows Features and all seem to be same on both machines

I have searched this and tried to manually install 3.5 SP1 but get a message to install via Windows Features, also tried to install via cmd with no luck.

Can anyone tell why this warning or should i be concerned or better still how to fix it?
