good source code library software

hi,
anyone would suggest good source code library software?
before i used http://www.highdots.com/products/source-code-library/ this software
but it looks some buggy.
if anyone advice much appreciate

You can get TFS Express for free. It's undoubtedly more than most people need but it is the sort of thing that you'd use in a proper development office.

but i think TFS express is source control and verstion control right?
but what i looking for is when i found useful function or class or like snippet code so if
i found useful class or module or reuseable code i save this and whenever i develop i reference it .
