Microsoft down?

I can't get the outlook portal or msdn to load. Is anybody else having issues?

It's those loonies out at Malheur Wildlife Refuge demanding a return of public lands to the states and the open sourcing of VB6.

Aside from that, though, MSDN is working for me.

Oddly enough, I was having Office 365 problems earlier...
