Inet Query

Hi, Can anyone tell me this:

Can you use the Inet (I think its Microsoft Internet Transfer Control) to do any or all of the following:

1) Send a URL to a webserver (to a cgi script) then do nothing.

2) Download images from the internet and place them directly into your program (kinda like AOL)

3) Download Text from the internet and place them directly into your program (kinda like AOL)
