Microsoft Outlook cool Bar

have you seen the cool bar that microsoft outlook has on the right?


Does anybody know or have an idea where to get it? Or how to make it?

I went and checked both. I like the smartui. It is very cool.

hellswraith..... I downlaoded the trial version. I just have a question:

When the trial version is over.... will all my programas that will use the Smartui activex control stop working?:(

I dont want all my programs that I am making just to stop working like that....!!!:rolleyes:
