asp mail(problem with post method)

i'm sending mail through an ASP page with the help of a text file in
which all the E-mail addresses are stored.the problem i'm facing is
that when i use GET method it works fine but when i use POST method
not a single mail is sent.what's the problem?????????

secondly what's the limit of charecter to be sent through GET and POST
method.

please help me out.

When you use post method in fact you use MIME files, you have to look in MIME types of file you can use.
