you want a client - server?
I guess so... something where a user can go to the website and chat with other users. If it is to be served then I have the machine for it.
So why not use a java applet that will connect to irc?
I need it to be self-contained on a website that I could transport anywhere for a customer. And, I will pay for it, if I have to.
