I was slightly disappointed to find out that the 1069 was a typo... :( Booo! Link bait!
mean while.... wow... I'm surprised the hoses and belts are any good. I would have expected there to be a fair amount of dry rot, possibly water in the oil, and not to mention what's happened to the gas after all these years... Although, it doesn't say anything about the runability of the cars...

Yea I seen that last week or so on a fb post. What a find and thats like winning the lottery! I had one rool up on me at a light the other night. Not sure if it was a restoration or if it was a clone but sounded sick!
One day I'll get a 67 GT and convert it to a custom GT500 looking stang. Cant afford the hundreds of thousands to get a real one :( but I'd be happy with the same year and close looking
Well they basically hit the lottery. Lucky.
Sure it could easily go for $500,000 at Barrette Jackson or Mecum auctions
Sounds like a horrible restoration job.
What you really want is a Ferrari 330.

It's only, like, £11,000,000 or so.
I'd need a telescope to check the mirrors.
And probably a shoe-horn to get into the thing.
A shoe-horn... it was a kind of crowbar for getting one's foot into a shoe.

Isn't that just Dick Dastardly's car painted red?
I was wondering whether the term shoe-horn might not be recognized by the younger set. I've never used one, myself, but I have seen them. I think they are only necessary if the types of shoes you wear only go with a suit, whereas the types of shoes I wear either go with a backpack or sweatpants.
Ive used one before and yea only needed with leather shoes you wear with suits since the leather is so strong and not flexible at all you cant get your foot in very easy.
People at my office wear flip flops and shorts to the office
Real men use a crow bar.
Not gonna make any jokes about your wood. The only clean ones would make you board, which would go against the grain.
Pinocchio may have been a real boy, but he was a bad motivational speaker....

Did the green Shelbys come in pistachio as well as mint?
