bmp to jpg Or Else

Is There Any Way To Change Pic Format From bmp to jpeg Or wmf any thig
but not bmp or can i save pic in this formats ??:confused:

From BMP to JPG is easy, see my Save JPGs -demo project ;)

Remember: The Picture is saved in whatever format it originally was, and the Image can only be saved in bitmap format.
