unspecified error?

I am frustrated of getting "Unspecified error" from IIS whenever the code reached here:

Set cn = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")
cn.Open strDSN

where strDSN = "DRIVER={Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)};DBQ=E:\Inetpub\wwwroot\webdb2000.mdb;DefaultDir=;UID=Admin;"

The asp works perfectly at one time then suddenly I am getting "Unspecified error" randomly whenever I tried to execute the code. I do not what other information to put here because frankly I do not know what to put...
