Well, which one? He's old enough that it could have been either one. Besides, you know that Clinton wouldn't make a guy do that unless he wanted to cut down on the competition.

Who says "George Bush", anyways? Even Homer just said Bush and everybody knew who he meant. Suppose the guy in the story was misquoted and the "George" was added by an editor. The whole statement could have a different meaning, in that case.
