Excel VBA - "The object invoked has disconnected from its clients"

Error message is "automation error: The object invoked has disconnected from its clients"

Has anyone seen this before or know how to fix? I get this error when testing the commandbuttons in the attached file.

can not open .xlsm, as i only use old version of excel
