XHTML5 If statements work help required???

I'm working on an ActiveX Control Object that has been written inside Microsoft Visual Basic 6.00 that works by a ContextMenu system of browsing the Website. Then when say for instance the end-user, clicks on a Menu Item on the ContextMenu. Named: Windows_Products, and then the value for that particular menu item is this: The value would be, WinPro. Then using a single instance of that process, then the WinPro.htm, Document is then jumped to using the normal links processes, which I mean by that remark is the <a href="http://www.theimp.zxq.net/products/windows.htm">Button</a>, type of structure types of things would follow that process...
