Trying to create a VB Card Game

I am trying to create (write) a card game,, similar to the Hearts game that came with windows. What do I need, and any source code to get me started will be hight appreaciated..

i am also writing my own card game in vb and i used cards32.dll for my card bitmaps. try it! you only have to worry about your program's logic. e-mail me if you have some problems may be i could help.

Personally, I think it is almost impossible to make a card game. It is a simple idea, but it is a lot of code that I just don't know.
