how do i fix this outerhtml issue?

i believe it is with javascript but my entries are wrong or not working. When i click the two links that i screenshot neither work. I dont know a good forum to ask this stuff but i searched and found this one where someone asked a similar question. I fix the other(not add a comment) by changing it to class="submit" but i have to do this every time..... there has to be a permafix for it right? But i have yet to find a solution to make add a comment work.
