Why won't it stop on break points? WHY???!!!!!
Sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't and I've had about as much as I can stand!:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
I know the code is being reached because I've got the break-point where a message is being output and, the message IS being output.....:mad: :mad:
Why can't I just play with JavaScript all day instead :(
Well, it is MUCH better than JBuilder 3, which is unfortunatly what i have to use at school all day! At leats JBuilder 4 has an up to date JDK! :D
Hehe, yeah, and 3 takes about 20 seconds to load even on 160MB of RAM... :rolleyes:
I've used the community edition 1.0 (free one) and to be honest I think its ****e. Its slow, too complex an environment for me, and crashes a lot.
I've only been using Java a couple of months so I know I've a lot of learning to do interms of working practice and so my views may change, but I just prefer using a base text editor like win edit or even notepad. I use JBuilder 3.5 for any windows based stuff, but these days I dont really see the point. I reckon a browser is quicker and asp/jsp provide nice universal interface for anything visual intranet/internet ready aswel.
Try upgrading to JBuilder 4, it is like 3.5, but is much less of a memory hog.
