Arduino project need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi. I am doing the final year project on arduino. i am doing the same thing as this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v44i7...ature=youtu.be
when i download it and plug in to my computer, i have encountered that my cube is not running as shown in the video. see the picture below. How can I
solve it ?

You get this error because you have something arrached to the ping od the board or the usb is not making good connection.
What you want to do is really simple, so my suggestion is to try make it by yourself not using others people source code, because sometime including library and other stuff is tricky. :)
