How can I find code to make a Dropdown Menu like on Microsoft.com

I know there is tons of Java script out there for the taking. Where can I find some code to do the dropdown menus like on www.Microsoft.com

if you're using IE5 just go to Microsoft.com, save the page and edit it to suit

what i normally do when i stressed for time but need a java script, i just read the source code to find where the script is and download the script and edit it.
