[RESOLVED] Error message on customers computer so program will not run

Hi All

I have never received this message from my customers before, but this one says: 'your administrator has blocked this application because it potentially poses a security risk to your computer '

Currently I have instructed the customer to un-install then re-install the program, make sure that they are logged on as administrator in their user profile also

I am at a loss :confused: as to what other advice to give, your help would be appreciated :thumb:

Is this a standalone machine or is it on a network? What anti-malware software does the user have installed? Has the user received any prompts from such software warning about the app that they may have answered in a way as to put your app on a blacklist? Does the message appear at startup or when the app tries to perform an action? If the latter, what action?

I have resolved the problem so far, I gave the program a new name and it was re-installed and up to now it appears to be working
