You can't. Use either Win2000 if you want to use an NT-bases OS, or simply use Win98 (don't even mention ME when I'm around btw, I hate ME :rolleyes: :D)...

Dx and NT, 2 things that don't mix.
I suggest you get win98(yes, ME 'IS' a ripp-off :eek: ),
and put a bootloader on your system so that you can dual boot into either NT or win98.
If you use programs like 3d studio max I suggest you keep using NT.... :D
the reason i asked is because i wanted to do a bit of programming at work in my spare time(of which i have a lot of lately!).

hehe, nswan, I'm doing exactly the same, free time at work, looking at DX tutorial sites but can't practice them.
Unfortunatly, NT only supports DX3 (and thats with NT4 SP2 I think it was)...
Why keep NT for 3d studio max?? get win2k!! heheh that's what i have and 3d max run perfect! :)
