Dynamic Adding / Removing an ActiveX on Form

I have put an ActiveX control on a Form by this way:

Set myObject = Form.Controls.Add("MyOcx", "NameOcx", Form)

, but if I want to remove it:

Set myObject = nothing
Form.Controls.Remove ("NameOcx")

Controls dissapear from the form, but it is still in memory (event UserControl_Terminate is not called, and value in Men usage (windows task manager) is still the same)

Please how to release it from memory or which variable has still reference ?
