Hi... I got two ?'s
First, every body tells me that to move pictures smoothly you use BitBlt i use that but it still goes black every so often when moving it... is there a way to stop that..???
Secondly, is there a good web page where i can get premade images that are good... hopefully 2D arial views of cars...
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!

Try NOT refreshing your picture after drawing black onto it and only after putting on the final picture
as for 2D pictures you will find astonoshing results at
"C:\Program Files\Accessories\MSPAINT.EXE"
