have this prob: its about the favorites of the IE someprog keeps adding its own bookmarks i delete them of course but that prog add them again.here is the question does ne1 think of a way that i can monitor that folder or monitor who is adding these bookmarks and disable it or any idea's

It would probably be a better idea to find out what is doing it. If a web site tries to do that sort of thing (like changing your home page, adding bookmarks) IE usually asks you to confirm.
no its not a site that is causing that its a program i think that i have installed on my pc but do not know which
Try write-protecting the Favourites folder. Maybe then when this program tries to add a bookmark, it will error and you can find out who it is.

The LINKS folder in the favoutites menu will be added
automatically even if you delete it thousand times !
