none of my apps, even the picture app, can show images. I see x placeholders in most apps and the messenger one won't show images of people i am chatting with or posted photos on facebook. all text works and the ie8 web browser shows images. please help. this is an upgrade install from windows 7 and i use a tether plan for internet.
actually it's just the messaging, people, email, and photos app. the photos app shows local content only but the bing app and the news app both work correctly.
ok now it gets wierder. now SOME photos are showing up in emails, and others aren't. The messenger app is now showing gallery images but still not showing profile photos. The pictures app still is only showing local photos.
overall do you recommend windows 8 in anyway ??
