VS 2010 [HELP] Excel and Access Database : Importing, Exporting and Sorting

Hi guys. I've made an application in VB 2010 to import data from an excel file to listview.

I want to sort the data to male and female.. alphabetically.
like this one...and insert a row between males and females.

...How can I do this in VB 2010? I've searched google for this and none of the code I've found work.
...also I want to save the data in my Access Database or in an Excel File with formatting. Pls help and provide examples [Newbie].
