VB 2010 Theme/Skin Help Needed

My Situation:

I have a program that I am attempting to add a sleek theme (I found one that I am in love with and want to go with) and the problem is it doesn't skin all the tools I would like it too. Moving along.. This theme supports all the tools I am using except for 2.

Status Strip: (I'm using a progressbar (already made) and a label(i would like the text to be white like everything else)
Menu Strip: Has a few options.

If someone could take the time to write me a quick class file for these 2 parts I would be more than happy to give you credit. Just make them neatly blend. Preferably have them just a shade of dark black, with a gradient type line going through the center where it gets lighter, just like it looks on the top.

On the other hand, If you have another theme that is clean (can be any style) that supports the following that would be wonderful as well.

Button
Textbox
ListBox
ComboBox
StatusStrip
MenuStrip
