I am trying to do do an update query that is based on a sub query - My sub query is returning more than one value and is erroring out:
update eudf set eustring2 = (select eestatus from eemploy where eedateend is null and eeflxideb=euflxideb) where eudateend is null
the related keys are fields called:
euflxideb (In EUDF Table)
eeflxideb (In EEMploy table)
Can this be done with a simple sql statement or do I have to loop through the original recordset and update each record one by one? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
