Easy question about Crystal reports!

Hi, everybody!

I've just started working with Crystal Reports. Have made one and been trying to change the SQL which feeds it, but have been unsucessful so far.

I choose the option -Show SQL Query- in the Database Menu, paste my SQL statment there and click ok, but when I open it again, it seems that my SQL (which contains aggregate functions such as MAX and LAST) was replaced with a simple one, the same that was there before.

What I am doing wrong?

Does anyone know about a site where I can find a Crystal Report Tutorial or something like that?

I've tried to find one, but haven't found nothing useful yet.

Hi,

I don't know exactly what it takes to fix your problem but as far as finding help, the Developer help file that is listed in the start menu has helped me alot. This is if you are running CR 7....we just got CR 8 and I guess they stuck all the links to the help in the app. They aren't in the start menu anymore.
