Anyone played with any of the Outlook bars out there?

I have the outlook bar called 'VerticalMenu'. I am having problems finding how to change icons for the shortcuts in the Outlook bar. I got in to the properties window and it allows you to change the first icon, but I don't understand how to change the others. Any suggestions?
