Digital Persona Save Fingerprint to Database

ok here's how it goes. i have a digital Persona fingerprint reader, i somehow managed to create fingerprint templates (.fpt) but i wonder how will i extract the binary codes in the templates and save the code to my access database.. can someone please give me some tips bout it?

the problem dude is how will i convert it, i tried some codes to convert it but what i get is just a series of ???????????????????????????????? and some unfamiliar symbols. do you have any idea there? :(
