Yeah, Earth is divided into 2 Hemispheres- Upper and lower (From the Equator and up is the upper, and from the Equator and down is the lower)

Yes, we can tell Emo is being very centric in his geography. Dennis saw my point. It isn't Upper and Lower, its Nothern and Southern.
Florida is also in the Western, but that is more abitrary than Northern.

Earth is awfully big. It helps to be able to break it down for reference and indexing.
Well, IPv6 may help to do that...there's enough for an address for EACH PERSON in the world, and then some.
And it is about time we moved to 8 octets. Maybe then my crappy ISP won't want to charge me US$130/month for static IP.
