ATM Program Help

I wonder if anyone out there can help me?

I am having quite a lot of problems designing an ATM program, using Random Access files, which will store information for users withdrawing cash from their accounts.

Does anyone have any sample code, or maybe someone has attempted this project before?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is an ATM program under the Samples directory.

I wonder why on the ATM sample, it has Japanese as a language, but when you run the program, it disappears?
