But you have a 42" monitor, of course...
(I'm guessing this is on the new Macbook pro?)

Unless he's using Parallel's, no.

Well, are there any other computers with that resolution? It was a given that Parallels, or a VM was being used if it was the new Macbook Pro.
I'm thinking of getting one, and wasn't sure how Windows would handle the resolution.

This is bootcamped Windows 7. I am running 2880 x 1800 with a 150% increase in the UI element DPI (not pictured). As far as other resolutions, it will be blurry because Windows 7 does not support Retina yet. I've read that Windows 8 does, however I have not tested it. Overall, everything runs smoothly on Windows 7, no issues yet. Currently have IIS 7 running on it too.

So, if you tell windows it is 1440x900 it looks blurred? I'd feel bad going into an Apple store and ask about running windows on it - don't want to really see a grown Genius cry.

I can post a screenshot of that resolution when I get home tonight if you want. I might switch to Windows 8 for the resolution support. Just hoping that they'll do it for Windows 7 too.
