Which printer to buy for less than 1 page per month use

I do not print very often. Ink printer dry out because I just don't print anything.
Maybe a laser?
Place the ink Cartridges in a plastic bag?
What printer do you reccomend?

Buy a cheap personal monochrome laser printer. You could get one for around $40. Check out Staples.com since that's where I found printers are normally cheaper than anywhere else (with the use of coupons).
