So I've got an nvidia 9600 gso card right now and $100 to replace it with, any suggestions as to what I should buy?
I have two-21" DVI monitors on this PC, so I need something that supports dual screens (either 2 dvi connectors, or hdmi with hdmi to dvi adapters).

As you can see from the hierarchy, any of these cards I recommend is at least 5 tier above you 9600 GSO card.
Personally, I'd get the Radeon 6770 card since it offers the best bang for the bucks.
Go for HD 6850. The best in its class. If you can find, Buy MSI HD6850 Dual Fan Edition. It has better cooling too.
BTW, It's not a Video Card. It's a Graphics Card/GPU(Graphical Processing Unit)
