sweeeeeeet...... Good looking out Vlatko. :D
my brain is still assimilating some of the other
books that i have but will check out.
Wow, thanks. You know where just about all the free books are don't you! ;)
 Yeah! I will start selling the adresses.(LOL)
Do you know an places for books on Flash, Photoshop, JavaScript or some other?
Usenet:
alt.binaries.e-book
alt.binaries.e-book.technical
alt.binaries.e-books
Watch it for a few days.. Javascript, Photoshop, Win2k books are all frequent postings..
Thanks a lot Vlatko :)
What are the extensions?
Most are posted in RAR format which is a compression program similar to ZIP. Once they are un-rared most of the books are either in .pdf (Acrobat) or .chm (Compiled HTML Help).
So you will most likely need:
Winrar
Acrobat Reader
Windows
in order to use them.
Some books (Usually not technical ones tho) are posted in .lit format. MS has a reader for these files.
I use winzip 8.0 to open zip archives.Quote:

Winzip most likely can not open RAR archives..
WinRar does both..
Ok, well, the extensions at the top are .zip, and winzip is basically the most common program for dealing with .zip files. WinRar is probably better because it supports more extensions. But it is slower.
Oh I see why you said that now... Ramandeep is talking about the books on Usenet newsgroups not the zipped up PDFs that are in the links above..
Someone had asked where they can find Javascript, Flash, etc..
Ok, hmm.. i guess i skipped over that post while reading the thread...oops!
