Hi.
This is a bit of a blast from the past. Its been a good 5 years I woudl guess since I last used these forums.
As such, I wondered whether my original account is still alive/usable/not dead ?
My username, unsurprisingly, was "OnErrorGoto".
Can anyone help me out ? Or confirm that after that period of time it would indeed be dead ?

Yours is one of the names I recognise. This is a bit bizarre. The associated bio and all of the threads posted were not mine, and yet the username was ? Due to the amount of time I wonder whether any migrations of this site and its users may have happened ?
I can supply my previous email address if thats of any help ?
I've just realised this would be better in the "Forum Feedback" forum, so I've moved it there.
It sounds to me as if your username was probably a bit different, perhaps with 0's rather than o's or something like that... but the searches I've tried haven't found it.
As far as I'm aware there haven't been any user deletions etc since I created this account (with the same name I had before!) in 2002, so that probably isn't an issue.
I don't have the ability to search for people by email address, but admins do. As such it's probably a good idea to send a PM to Brad Jones.

My username wasn't "OnErrorGoto" at all. That was one of my old passwords !!!
My username was "TheBionicOrange" :) I even found my old threads :)
What I don't have however is my password, and I can't request a reset as it will be tied to my old work address. Any admin reading this ? :)
Since the time that these forums have abeen a part of Internt.com (and now QuinStreet), there has been no change to username and such. This would be more than the last five years. (Edit: wow - that's been like almost 10 years!)
As stated, your previous user name was probably something slightly different. If you send me your email address, when time allows, I can see if there is an account associated to it.

OK ... just to clarify. My username IS "TheBionicOrange". If I request a pasword reset then I would imagine an email will to go to my old email address, which is "<removed>". As I no longer work there then I wouldn't be able to action it, so therefore requesting one at this point is largely pointless.
If you can point this account to "<removed>" then I'm back in business :)
