from 2010 to 2003

Hi gurus

I get an excel 2010 file and I would like to save/convert it as excel 97-2003, without having to open or any user hands.

can someone point me to the right direction please.

IMHO that can only be done via EXCEL, which would include opening the file and use Save As in the desired format.
