Microsoft PowerPoint Message

Hi,

When i try to open a ppt, i am getting the following message:

"Cannot verify user information at this time. Do you want to open this presentation using a different set of credentials?"

Can anyone please suggest how to open the ppt?

Is it possible that you can provide the file here so that we can confirm whether or not it can be opened. It could be an issue with your machine.

No, its not an issue of my machine. I can open other ppt files.
