Very Crisp and it has nice balance. Will the BG stay Blue? I think it should. It helps to pop out the green color. which, btw, is a nice choice..not too dark and not too NEON IN YOUR FACE NASTY BRIGHT. :D

I think I'll keep the blue background, I'm bored of black now..
I actually have little or no experience with graphic design, I just spent about 45 minutes with Macromedia Fireworks 4, along with some custom fonts and my creative streak, and produced that logo..I'm glad everyone likes it, I put quite a lot of work into it! :D
