66E6AFF0 stands for the string "sub-zero".

Note: The number 66E6AFF0 is not in a hex format - it's a decimal format.

If you don't know the algorithm which encoded this string - how can you find out?

I'm not an expert in encryption technology, but it could be the common XOR method - a real tough one to crapk, or it could be the RSA method - damn near impossible to crack.

Do we get any other clues at all?

It's an RC-2 (40 Bit) encryption, but do you know what this does exactly mean?

I have the encryted string, I have the encryption format and I have the decrypted string - all I need is the maths.

I need to know the algorithm.

Any ideas?

It sure doesn't look like decimal format to me - unless you can use alphanumerics.
