How do i implement a Gui/UI in vb.net that i have designed in adobe fireworks?????

Hi, I have designed a complete interface in fireworks and i just don't know what to do. I've tried "dot net bar" and that was limited to only office and win 7 themes, I've tried and had a look at both "WPF" and "expression blend" and they don't really make much sense because i tried to put my own rounded form design into wpf and put the "window state" or whatever it is to none and even then my image did not stretch to it's default size of 964,558 pixels so it was blurry when you ran it. What i want is a custom program interface such as Bit defender or tuneup utilities 2012 with fading buttons ect and where everything on the interface it made in Photoshop and or fireworks and exported as png's to vb.
