i know that i seem to be moaning about one thing or the other but i need a little help:rolleyes:, i know that i could post this elsewhere but you guys (and gals) are great:cool:
So here is my dilema, you know when you goto a website and when you scroll down the page the background picture stays where it is but the text still moves, i would like to know how this can be done in either html or java,

That's Pure html..
just put bgproperties="fixed" in the body tag like this....
